One click produces a photo set and a report. What varies is which of three report formats you generate, and how much of it you edit before the client sees it.
Three report modes
- Independent single reportOne indicator or one scalp zone, with score, grade, count, area and proportion. Includes skincare advice, programme recommendations and explanatory content. Use it when the consultation is about one specific concern.
- Comprehensive analysis reportThe full picture: aggregate score, radar chart of the indicators grading below C, contrastive analysis against previous sessions, acne analysis, water-sebum balance on the scalp side, symptom descriptions and nursing advice. Includes a QR code for mobile download.
- Innovative self-editing reportFully customisable — select images to annotate, adjust each indicator independently, edit the copy, and fine-tune parameters individually or globally. This is how you build a personalised treatment proposal rather than handing over software output.
How the grading reads
Every indicator is graded on a five-band scale, colour-coded consistently through the report:
| Grade | Meaning | Colour |
|---|---|---|
| A | Excellent / best | Green |
| B | Good | Blue |
| C | Moderate | Yellow |
| D | Needs attention | Orange |
| E | High concern | Red |
Alongside the grade each indicator carries measurable data — score, level, count, area and percentage coverage — which is what makes the comparison across visits meaningful rather than impressionistic. The comprehensive report plots everything below C on a radar chart, so the conversation starts in the right place.
Comparing across visits
This is the feature that turns a one-off scan into a returning client:
- Parallel comparison — side by side
- Vertical comparison — stacked
- Four-image comparison — multi-point tracking across several sessions
- Multi-indicator comparison — several indicators tracked together
- Contrastive analysis in the comprehensive report, against previous sessions
- Multi-site comparison on the scalp, with the colour-coded grades across zones
Getting it to the client's phone
The H5 mobile report is generated with a QR code the client scans to open the full report on their phone. In practice that does three things:
- It leaves your clinic with them. The consultation continues at home, where the decision often actually gets made.
- It gets shown to other people — partners, family — which is how a considered purchase gets approved.
- It carries your branding. Customisable watermarks are documented on the X6.
- Nothing gets lost. No printout to leave on a table.
Reports can also be exported, and the systems include cloud storage with customer file management, search and history — so the record stays with the client file rather than the device. More on the workflow.
Language
The B3 supports nineteen languages, and multi-language support is documented on the T3's software as well. For a clinic serving a mixed clientele, or an academy training students from several states, that is a practical rather than a cosmetic feature.
Ask which languages are available on the exact model you are considering, and look at the actual report text rather than the sales deck — it is a client-facing document.
Frequently Asked Questions
What report formats are available?
Three: an independent single report for one indicator or zone, a comprehensive analysis report with aggregate score, radar chart and comparison against previous sessions, and a fully editable self-editing report you can annotate and rewrite.
Can the client get the report on their phone?
Yes. The H5 mobile report generates a QR code the client scans to download the full report, with customisable watermarks on the X6.
Can I edit what the report says?
On the self-editing mode, yes - annotate images, adjust indicators independently, and edit the copy. That matters because the document goes out in your clinic's name.
How does before-and-after comparison work?
Parallel, vertical, four-image and multi-indicator comparison modes, plus contrastive analysis in the comprehensive report against previous sessions. Capture consistency - position, room, protocol - is what makes those comparisons trustworthy.
