How Scalp Analysis Works

The method

1. Four spectraWhite light for colour, density, thickness and sensitivity. Positive polarization for sebum and surface. Negative polarization for capillaries, white hair, follicles and dandruff. UV at 365 nm for pore blockage and fluorescence.
2. Five zonesForehead, skull top, left, right and posterior occipital — because scalp condition is not uniform, and a single sample would mislead.
3. Thirteen indicatorsDensity, thickness, follicle health, white hair, moisture, sebum, clogged pores, dandruff, texture, sensitivity, red area, and sensitivity and pigment heatmaps.
4. Colour-coded on the imageHair density counted per follicle mouth — blue for 1 hair, green for 2, white for 3. Follicle health green, yellow, red. That is what the client reads.
